NABLA Initiative seven Standards

This doctrinal foundation represents a fundamental basis that all the accredited Churches/ Organization agreed on and it gives a spiritual reference to the educational and spiritual status of the Churches/Organization. This foundation absolutely does not aim to differentiate the Christian doctrines, but on the contrary to affirm on the Commonalities between them.

Biblical References: “Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business” (Acts 6:3) Servant leaders (Matt. 20: 25- 28), trustworthy, role model (1 Pet 5: 2-4), humble (Phil 2: 3-4), men of guard (Neh. 4: 21-23). The Church/Organization must demonstrate its foundational documents and the Board’s role to accomplish it and it shall cover: o The Church/Organization vision and purpose statement. o The Church/Organization core values . o The Church/Organization structure. o The Implementing Regulations with all producers and internal policies of the departments and ministries. o The Church/Organization strategic plans and estimated budget.

Biblical References: 6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; 7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; 8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness (Rom. 12: 6- 8) 1 Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens (Exodus 18:21) Every member Church/Organization shall seek to attract a best qualified people to join it.

(Eccl. 7:12) 5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. (2 peter 1: 5-8) Christian ministries are to fall into the trap of inertia or not to keep up with the changing of society and they lose their ability to influence.

(Deut. 10:17), (Acts 10: 34-35), (Col. 3:11, 25) 1- Church/Organization represented in this movement are committed to the biblical conviction of The Church Unity and the acceptance of others (employees and others) without any discrimination on any spiritual or social basis.

Biblical References:: So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God (Rom14:12 ( • comply with the laws and apply them ( Rom 13: 1-7) • Transparency and accountability (John 3: 20), (Ex. 36), (1Chr 29) The Churches/Organization must have a minimal financial and administrative information as evidence of credibility and integrity. This system indicates the desire of providing a realistic and transparent picture of the available resources and dispositions.

Biblical references: “10 He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.” (Luke 16:10) • accurate financial planning (Prov. 27: 23- 27) • strengthen diligence and stewardship (Matt. 24: 45-50) • manage the budget with accuracy and integrity (Mal. 3: 10) Ministry financial needs are growing as their fields expand, and the majority of Churches/ Organization needs to seek a financial aid from individuals and entities. Hence comes the importance of subordination these Churches/Organization to a group of principles and ethics that can control how resources, fund-raising and communication with partners/ givers are managed,
